Why this is gated
Advisory is not an entry offer. It is the relationship that comes after a completed HARBOR engagement. Without prior work there is no shared context to advise from, and sessions become discovery calls that never end. A completed Sprint, Audit, Workshop, or Pilot gives the retainer something real to build on. That is why it sits apart from the five engagements rather than alongside them.
What the retainer covers
The scope is defined by deliverables, not hours.
- Two 60-minute strategy sessions a month with the founder
- Async support between sessions, answered within one business day
- One major deliverable each quarter: a pipeline review, a pricing adjustment, a competitive update, or similar
- An annual S2P re-score on your active products
The commitment
Advisory runs on a six-month minimum, then continues month to month. The minimum exists because strategic advice compounds: the value of an advisor who has watched a quarter of your decisions is not the value of a single call. Six months is the floor at which the relationship becomes useful rather than transactional. Pricing is scoped per firm and confirmed in a written agreement.
