1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HARBOR GovCon website, tools, resources, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

HARBOR GovCon provides educational content, tools, and resources related to the HARBOR framework for government contracting productization. Our Service includes:

  • Educational Content: Books, articles, guides, and other written materials about GovCon productization strategies.
  • Framework Tools: Interactive tools such as the Archaeology Checklist, Economics Calculator, and Go/No-Go Scorecard designed to help users evaluate and plan their productization journey.
  • Resources: Templates, worksheets, and other materials to support implementation of the HARBOR framework.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Some features of our Service may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

HARBOR Framework: The HARBOR framework, including its methodology, terminology (Harvest, Architect, Blueprint, Optimize, Reach), processes, and associated materials, is proprietary intellectual property. You may reference the framework for personal or internal business use but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the framework for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Tools and Content: All tools, calculators, checklists, scorecards, articles, guides, and other content provided through the Service are protected by copyright. You may use outputs generated by our tools for your own internal business purposes, but you may not redistribute the tools themselves or claim ownership of our content.

Trademarks:"HARBOR," "HARBOR GovCon," and associated logos and designs are trademarks of HARBOR GovCon. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.

The information, tools, and resources provided through HARBOR GovCon are intended to be educational and informational. They are designed to help government contractors think through productization decisions and are not substitutes for professional advice.

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • Business decisions made based on information or tools provided through the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
